Hey friends, I purchased this book, cause I was mainly interested in theory ’i’ management. Acutally, I feel that the main content of this book is this india centric management style which Mr.Chawdhri has suggested. The examples used are really striking and good.
But the other contents regarding the leadership and all such stuff are okay, ’cause many a writers are writing such things, some have written these things much better than him. Dale Carnegie for example.
But the India Centric management stuff, or the Theory I management is really an eye opener, if u got to be a good manager in india, these things gotta be clear to u,
Good to read, interesting as well, language used is easy and its really fun to read this book.
Some things really boost the G.K.like a little discussion on the legal system of india (page 151 to 153) and also the diagrams and figures used are good.
All in all nice to read for students of management, law, arts but may not be very benificial for medical and science.
