I really enjoyed, all services are fabulous and thanks to Ronny(+91 986792xxxx, xxxxx.xxx@countryclubmail.com) I had a lots of doubt regarding country club membership whether I should buy or not as I heard lots of complaints regarding they invite you then trap you then hypnotise take money and then dont even respond whereas I faced nothing, it was just opposite, my first question was what if I want to cancel my membership? Ronny was sitting infront of me, he said its non refundable he showd me the conteact paper where it was written in bold letters this membership is non refundable , was really impressed with his genuine reply as he said if u hesitant taking this membership plz dont buy think twice before u buy product is very good but still u hesitant take time, I felt relaxed, my 2nd question was its not well maintained he said smiling, sir its not 5 star we are 3 star so whatever required in 3 star we do but yes sometimes problem happens coz of xyz reasons, my 3rd question was, I have heard there is problem of holiday booking, he said nope that is and was never a problem all u need to understand is this is faced only by people who are oversmart and have paid less from actual membership price and looking for all benefits there are few marketing guys aswell who in the name of discount attract these type of oversmaet people and these oversmart people then chase these marketing guys for holidays whereas these type of marketing guys switch from one company to other, finally without thinking too much I just took membership and waited for my silvassa booking, team ronny helped me in booking and finally I enjoyed its actually good, ronny and his team are professional guys pre and post sales
