On one side, COUNTRY CLUB is going live celebrating sportsmanship, Go For Gold for P.V. Sindhu and on the other hand Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy is not even aware of how the company is functioning on the micro level and how his sales people are making customers lives miserable and molesting their modesty throught their virtual personal comments on customers personal level without even knowing the customers background.
Here is what happened to me on 31-07-2021 - 2.07pm
I started getting a call from your sales team for a 35000 package for 5 years and some additional benefits. Upon review I found out it didnt suit my requirement so I informed the sales rep that I was not interested and would like to pass on the offer. Next day I again got a call and told them that I was not interested.
Then your Zonal Head, Anup Singh(Mobile No - 845101XXXX) sent a whatsapp with some offers. I told him what I would be interested in to which he replied -
This offer is not for your profile try something else. To this I calmly told him in that case dont message me again since I already said I wasnt interested.
To the height of frustration Anup went and messaged that" EVEN WE ARE NOT INTERESTED TO HAVE SUCH A LOW PROFILE AS OUR MEMBER"
After this he immediately blocked the whatsapp not giving me the opportunity to explain what mt background was. I called him from my cell phone and he picked up but hearing my voice and upon knowing its me, he hung up and after that never answered my calls again.
Is this what your sales team does when a client doesnt want to book your package? The come down to personal offense and start demeaning them?
Is this professional?Is this how work ethics is displayed by your employees?
Who is supposed to monitor this? Do you have any policy in place to look at this or has the company given an open hand to do whatever it takes as far as Country Club us is getting the membership plan sold.
What is your company doing with people like Anup Singh at a Zonal Head level who makes personal comments on potentials customers financial background.
This is very unfortunate and if these are the people who potentials customers have to deal with, I will not suggest anyone to go with Country Club as there are other options in the market with better serive and people to deal with.
Upon reporting the same on Country Clubs CMD, Y REDDYs Twitter account, he blocked my Twitter account. So they just want to show only the good things and hide the dark side of their company,
No one from the management or from the company made an attempt to call me back.
I need an answer from the management or I will be forced to move to the consumer court.
