On 28th Sep 14, I went for a presentation in country Club Sarjapur. They have swipe my card for Rs. 30000/- for 5 years vacation with entirely different commitment than written in contract. There was also waive off close within 10 days. Now, I inform them to cancel the transaction with 3 hours and have drop 3 emails to thier contact center. I am not getting any response.
I have also file dispute case in HDFC bank. Now, Can any one please help with contact details for Mr. Reddy and How to esclate this issue.
