I, RAJENDIRA.D have been cheated by COUNTRY CLUB, BANGALORE with my Card as mentioned. On 9-112006 one of the teller caller called to my cell and told that they are selling a plot 10Km from Nelamangla. One of the Marketing Executive name Raghu came to my office and told that Plot is in Tumkur. So, I told to Executive that I, will discuss with my family. But he told that mean while I will take the card conformation and he took my imprint which I don’t know that is a chargeship my god swear and asked him apart from conformation purpose that imprint cant be used to some other purpose.
He told that pencil imprint cant be used to another purpose. So, I trusted him even I repeatedly asked twice or thrice thru phone, he as given the one answer that pencil imprint cant be used for anyother purposed. It is only for card conformation purposed. Next day I called up Executive and informed that we are not interested. He told Ok! On 13th I received a couier to my home. In that there is a receipt which is debited in my card Rs. 45000/- on 9-11-2006. I went and told that I am not interested why u have done like this without my permission. He told give me a cancellation letter on that day. I immediately prepared my cancellation letter and submitted. But till know nothing had happened to my cancellation.
