Hi I am From Chennai. Last Saturday(11-10-2014) I have visited phoenix mall there we have seen CountryClub(CC) outlet. We went eagerly and verified with the staff. They have provided very decent information and lured us since I wanted to travel.
They said that it is only today’d offer as company is celebrating its some XX anniversary. Finally after some long discussions we have ended up getting a basic membership at the cost of 80K. On spot we have paid 40k and committed to pay remaining 40k after reaching home. As per commitment I have completed that transaction.
After reaching home only I have verified mouth-shut web site. it was really terrible mistake I have done.
From now problems start. There is no response from them. I haven’t got any mail except for payment receipt. at the time of contract sign they have informed with 48hrs I will get conformation mail along with other details. It did not happened. Today I called that manager he said it will be done by now, he said that he will check and get back but that is not happened.
Even verification call also done through some mobile number. Can some one suggest me how can I make these guys to respond. please some one suggest me. My recommendation to countryClub is very negative. please don’t go to them.
