We had been getting multiple calls mentioning that one of our coupon has been selected as the winner to
be considered for country club membership. Once we reached country club at begumpet office, discusssion was initiated by
executive named sohail who was very cordial and explained the offer politely. Manager "Vamsi Krishna"
pitched in twice to explain certain things about the offer. Trouble started when I was not ready to
accept the offer during my discussion with manager "Vamsi Krishna" and he started behaving rudely.
He replied rudely saying that that if I am not taking the offer then it is a waste to explain me
anything. When I felt offended by the comment, he continued his rude behaviour saying "dont teach me
how to talk" and arrogantly told me that "anyways you are getting the gifts". I was angry too and I told
him that I dont want his gifts. Again he continued his rude behaviour saying "then you can leave".
This was the time I raised my voice and even other managers behaved in a way that it was my mistake as
I did not opt for the offer.
I raised the issue at the reception. I am not aware of the person whom I talked and not even aware of
any action taken on this. I would appreciate if the concerned person looks into this rude behaviour issue
and takes appropriate action.
