Country Club Just Cheats..Keeps Cheating.
I took a membership from country club.Executive who called me first was Mrs. Raji.
Executive who came to meet me was Mr. Sajjad.
He made a lot of false promises.
Like Free Goa Trip, Bandipur Trip, Then every year trip.
Free land.all for rs. 49, 000.Life Time memberhship.
cleaverly fooled and he took the imprint of my credit card.
He even offered me extra plot for refering another person which he arranged himself.
be caution this is just his trick to convince clients.
He had never given anything in writing on country club letter head.
Once I signed the application I started receiving all sorts of rule and regulations about this membership.
First I will have to pay around 3500 for yearly administration charges.
7, 500 for registering the plot.(Still its not registered in my name)
And I wondered when I came to know that the plot is in andra pradesh.
They are always smart to mention plot is just 95 kms frm bangalore airport and in NH.
The plot registration is done by another company under same flag.AMRUTHA ESTATES.
The plot doesnt event cost 10000 ruppees.
