I had purchased the membership on December 2013. They have promised me 10 days of vacations per year for 5 years and there would be Annual Maintenance Charges only for the 5 years. The club usage would be free for life time. But When trying to book a vacation the Customer care asks to speak to the marketing person who gave the offer.
Also, when making the payment, I was told that it would be an interest free EMI through credit card. But my bank did not give that facility, so country club told, they would pay me the interest part. I got a mail after visiting over 10 times to their office in Phoenix market city. The mail said it’s been sent for DD preparation. That was on 20th August. Still, I have not received it. And, now no one is picking my call nor is anybody willing to talk to me at the Phoenix office, saying the concerned person is not available.
Also, when you take a vacation, you are made sure you have the most horrible time to do the bookings and equally horrible time when you go for the vacation.
