I booked a membership on 14th September 2025 with Membership Number CVPU1VIP5LB285447 at Country Club, Suratwala, Hinjewadi, Pune. However, I am extremely disappointed with the experience and request the cancellation of my membership as of 15th September 2025, just one day after purchase. The reason for cancellation is the series of false promises and misleading information provided during the sales process. I was assured of multiple benefits, including free food, free guide, free cab services, free stays across India, free travel tickets, and free access to a banquet hall up to 7 times without any charges. Unfortunately, after enrolling, I realized that these promises were either non-existent or misleading, and not a part of the actual membership offering. I feel completely deceived by this approach and urge the company to issue a full refund via the same mode of payment used at the time of booking. I would like to specifically call out the individuals involved in this processSalesperson Prajakta and Customer Care Representatives Payal and Tusharwhose conduct and assurances were highly unprofessional. I request Country Club to take immediate action and process my refund without delay. I also advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing any membership and to insist on everything being documented to avoid falling into similar traps.
