COUNTRY CLUB-TOTAL FRAUD AND CON, SATYAM MK-II

I have had the most surreal and disgusting experience ever in my life.I got carried away and bought a Country Club membership for 85, 000 INR at Pune. Let me share with you , that this has been the most useless expenditure in my life.


The sales guy who sold me the membership (Shrinivas) vanished after collecting my payment. His boss , is constantly busy or in meetings.I did not get a reciept till I made almost 5 calls.During the sales pitch I was promised a free stay for 6 nights and hazaar other things ( all have vaporized since!!), once I recieved a membership card, this voucher has still not come to me and it is now well over 6 months since I am a member. There is nobody who registers a complaint , nor anybody who looks at complaints you sent Country Club via email or from their website.


Finally I called up and threated their guy in Pune, who said ok, send a mail to a lady called Sumathy in Bangalore and she will fix your holiday. I spoke to Sumathy, send her a mail, she has gone cold!! Sent her reminder 2 today!! I am therefore lead to conclude that either COUNTRY CLUB is a totally poorly managed organization, nothwithstanding the smiling visage of their publicity hungry MD in all their ads or they are wilful cheaters who just do not care what happens to the consumer after they have gotten paid.I cannot imagine how this is a public limited company , SEBI needs to be appraised of this mass duping that is going on.... Therefore anybody who is even remotely considering or thinking of taking membership with Country Club anywhere in India, please be aware, that irrespective of all the promises that they make you, you are all set to lose.
