April 1st week Me n my wife had a relax and pleasant stay in one of the sunset view room in this resort. And surprisingly after reading many negative reviews about the resort and promotion strategy of country club we feared but had a great holiday with a free gift coupon presented by country vacations.
We just paid rs 6000 all in all for a 3 night stay and food which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for two pax for all the three days and use of gym, pool. Which is very cheap for this type of property.
Room are clean spacious with TV, AC, balcony, sofa, refrigerator, microwave and 24 hrs running hot water. Pool is nice and clean with a bar. Restaurant is cool but food is not to the expectation and they arranged a screen for IPL in the evening.
The Resort is over all a peaceful place to stay but the Anjuna beach near resort is not a good one for activities but Anjuna have another sandy+rocky beach which is less crowdy but amazing with good seafood stalls. Just take a bike or Honda Activa which just in front of the gate for rs 300 for one day and enjoy GOA with great fun. Don’t forget to catch all the fun in calangyte beach and candolim beach
