Extremely poor customer service. I would strongly recommend that you do not take their membership. Their sales and marketing teams are completely disconnected from the customer service team. Once they collect the cheque from you/ swipe your card, their sales team will disappear and their customer service will do nothing to help you.
The infrastructure isnt great either. Imagine, no water in Swimming Pool, poorly maintained Tennis courts etc. You go to the customer care and they will make sure your frustration level only goes up and you stop using their facilities. and they can accommodate more customers without actually adding anything to the existing facilities.
Please dont believe in any of their claims. Infact, if you talk to two different salesmen from County club, you will realize that they are not sure about the facilities themselves.
