If you too have been cheated by Country Club ( CCIL) , there is a solution.
Contact any professional Collection Agency. ( Search in Google for Collection agency in India . Or if you are living outside India try https://arhelp.com )
So if country club stole Rs. 2 Lac from you. These collection agency will try to get back the whole money and charge around 20% only after the money is recovered.
Not a bad deal at all. They will take care of all the things legal/ illegal and can make money only if the money gets recovered.
At least somebody should teach Country Club a lesson for fooling poor Indian people in the name of selling dreams.
Take out a morcha against the CCIL and lock them down. I myself got cheated by CCIL mumbai.
Their Mumbai executives ( Ms. Neelganga Shetty and Mr. Niraj Nagpal ) used to call up everyday untill they took the money out of me. It has been over 2 years now. They have stopped picking my phone and cut it instantly when they see my call.
Somebody please take action against them . Please !!.
I don’t want to spoil my career, so did not pursue any Illegal action against these cheats when legal action is available.
Hope they go to Hell.
