Recently we got a call from Country Club customer care that we have been chosen for a 6 night 7 day stay for domestic as well as international locations. We were delighted and reached the venue(Sahara Mall, Gurgaon) for presentation at the required time. Some executive named Vikas welcomed us and told us he will discuss something for a few minutes about the voucher and we can leave afterwards.
After filling in the basic details he called on hismanager. The manager told us he had a proposition for us and if we wanted it, well and good and if not just to leave with a smile on our face. We believed it. What followed was a hour of desciption of all the things that Country Club has to offer from 5 star resorts to RCI membership. No details were offered. Just the concept and nothing more. The executive was rude and behaved badly. The manager told us we were not the types who buy anything. The executive nearly fought with us as to why we were not spending 80, 000!
One and half hours went by and our voucher was nowhere in sight and the executive tried to employ all sorts of delaying tactics that he could. Angry at this behavior we decided to walk out, and then he rushed with the voucher and finally realized that he had behaved badly.
They did not offer us any standard packages only a 10 year package for 80000 with a digital camera thrown in. There were no other offers made and I know for sure that this isnt their standard package. It seems that these guys were fraud. I am now concerned with the validity of our voucher.
Please dont waste your time with Country Club, they call you, be rude to you and waste your time.
