The food and presentation are quite good, the food they serve is very hygenic and tasty but it is very costly to afford by a common people .
By just looking at the empress mall I feel like to go inside and send whole day in the mall, because of the decoration and the presentation of everything is quite good.
Customer service is very slow according to the peoples satisfaction .
