I should have done more research before investing anything into this company. While making the presentation the representative misguided us thoroughly about their services and offers. We were allured with false promises of lifetime membership of several facilities and ended up paying Rs 21000, which we later came to know is non refundable. Even their so called manager called us and very proudly told, about their representative’s mistake and how we need to pay Rs 10000, more to get any services from them.
We were still thinking about their services, when their manager assured us but we were shocked when we came to know that without our written consent and without giving us a proper time to think about it he voluntarily charged Rs 10000 from our credit card, which we somehow managed to save by blocking the transaction at the nick of time.
Since, we were looking for our honeymoon trip, they promised us to offer holiday packages of 5 star resorts with no charges, but we later found out that hotels with average charges of Rs 1500, were sent to us, that too not without charges but utility charges of Rs 700., which we failes to understand.
Anyways, beware of this fraud company, who very comfortable believes to draw money from the customers, but feels that they should only take and should not give anything back.
Their customer service is pathetic and so worse that they boast to their customers(that too a unit manager) that they can charge any amount from their credit cards.
It is an open nightmare to even thinking about it, we lost 21000, and the way these people deal, I felt losing 21000 is much cheaper than losing 1 lakh.
Horrible and pathetic club, the worst nightmare of any customer, the biggest cheat in the hospitality industry.
