Country club is a big fraud gang. They called me saying I got some gift and told me to come with my husband. I did not respond to their calls because I was not much interested. But I got calls from them continuously so thought of going, so I took my husband and went there by 7.30pm.
They gave some presentation, offer, etc and ate our head for nearly for 3hrs, believe me till 10.45pm we were sitting there. It was kind of full brain wash, pressuring us to pay, nearly 4 to 5 staffs were there telling all big things about them. I went to New BEL road branch. One staff Nandakumar was talking so much about the goodness of the package. And he told since we stay near Yelahanka, v can use their club there which also serves spa facilities, and this is the main reason my husband paid for the package.But I did not get any membership card or bill, they told me to come next day. Then I called the Yelahanka club to book for the spa.To my utter shock, they told there is no spa facility there. I rushed immediately to their office in New BEL road(we paid there), but that Nandakumar denied telling such thing. I asked for my bill and card, they did not give. And it was totally different the way they behaved with us as if they don’t know us. Previous day only they swallowed our hard earned money and they ill treated us next day when I went to ask about the false promise. I wanted refund but they told its not possible and told me to go to Koramangala customer service office. I went there, waited for more than 1hr to meet the so called customer service manager. He came and after hearing that I am waiting for refund, he treated me very badly telling u go and complaint anywhere u l not get ur money. He told wherever u go, u cant do anything, we have all the big people support for our brand. It happened 2years back and believe me till now I did not get my money or my membership bill or card. What cheaters they are! Actually I tried so much to get my money but I could not.
Its a lesson for me and please for u readers also. Never ever go that cheaters place, they talk so nicely before taking money but if u have any issues then that’s all, they treat u very badly, they l not even hear u. big frauds country club. I think Police should take some necessary action against this people. They want to achieve their targets so they eat people’s brain so much that at the end we feel shame not paying them(even though we tell getting late, want to go also, they wont leave) don’t fall in their trap. I am still fighting with them for my card or refund, fed up with them for 2yrs, I have not taken single service also till date. I hope one day this fraud company will get closed. don’t invest your money with these frauds and cheats.
