I am also one of the victims of their false propaganda and marketing techniques. My wife dropped her visiting card in one of the real estate events and they called us saying that she won a Rs. 25, 000/- worth of items. When we went there (dumb of ourselves) we were given this presentation which summarized as; Pay Rs. 1, 00, 000 and we will get a plot of 1050sft + a membership for 10 years with 1 week vacation for each year.
We never got the plot.
When we visited their office in Hyderabad they said, the plots are being marked and we will give a plot in few months. When I followed up after few months they are asking me to show me an allotment letter which they had never issued. After that, I tired to book a vacation (first one in a two year period) using their own hotel Amrutha Castle Inn in Hyderabad, they said it is not available. So, if their own hotel is not available then how can they guarantee you accommodation at their partner locations?
Don’t believe these guys. Rajiv Reddy is a big crook and so are his employees and foreign studies sons.
