Can we become a group and seek legal opinion to take back our invested money? Yes.. I was also called in a similar manner and was cornered and I was pushed psychologically to accept atleast membership. The so called staff including so called managers are totally unprofessional.
Their marketing is dangerous and they are using political clout as back up and trying to emulate confidence in people. They say that our money is non-refundable but is it true? why should we believe it? Why don’t we consult lawyers and seek legal opinion?
I think that their business strategies amount to cheating public. There are laws in this country to protect customer rights. surprisingly, this marketing strategy is now adopted by other clubs. I received similar type of call by another club and was trying to convince me that I won a gift. I asked if they could show evidence.
