False hopes, false promises and no delivery! That is what you get from Country Club. When I became a member, I was told that I would get complementary RCI membership - not delivered till date, almost after a year of become member. Free stay - members get the rooms in the resorts only at the last moment, if Country Club is not able to sell its rooms at hefty prices to non-members. At the end, while they promised studio accomodation for accomodation for two adults+ 2 children, they charged for extra beds for the children saying that it is not included in the package. Nobody was ready to listen - starting from the resort receptionist to resort manager to the sales people back at Hyderabad - they told clearly do whatever you can - we have the instructions from the top. The sales and marketing people are uncurteous to the extent possible.
Country Vacations is a complete fraud.and all of us should come together to take them to court - to make them stop this’membership’ business.
