Help me (country club)

I recently join contry club. the marketing people told me lot of things about the club and their offer given. I join just to get a land of 900 sqr ft. I dont know is there any hidden cost in it.

I paid 30, 000 and remaining 1, 60000 I have to pay at 7th march. Please give me suggestions . If it is a bad decision, please tell me how to get back my money.
