I got a complimentary coupon to visit Country Club Sarjapur Road after attending a tough to handle presentation at their office. I visited the place today. Their website mentions a lot of facilities. However, we were shocked. The food was of very poor quality.
On top of it, the waiters did not bother to serve us at all. I was so frustrated that I decided not to add tips to the bill, but I realized that they had already added service charge to the bill. There games available were billiards, carroms and table tennis... nothing else. The children’s play area was so poor that if you go to any playground in Bangalore, you will get far better facilities there. I left after finishing lunch because there was nothing to do. I am now happy that I did not take membership at the club.
