I am a member of country club and I have always enjoyed using my membership. Yes I have to place my booking request in advance. But it has never happened that I did not receive the confirmation. Whenever I have called Yogesh ( the customer care manager) he has always responded and solved my queries. Salman and his team Kabir and all is also responsive. But yes you during the office hour it is slightly difficult to catch them because they are not allowed to carry their mobiles during the office hours. I don’t know why people have written such negative reviews. But according to me there is no harm to give them a try.
