Earlier I was also of the opinion that Country Club’s a lousy organisation and hardly recognises it’s promises but things have changed. I got whatever was promised - yes it took some time to find the right channel. Ignorance can’t be an excuse to blame somebody.
I clicked the right buttons and got through central customer care and things fell in place like never before. I got my free trip to Dubai and also 3 days 2 night stay as was promised in my Chalo Dubai offer. Let me tell you all that the Bur Dubai hotel was really amazing and the food and service was class apart. Nishant and his team are doing a very good job - provided they are approached.
There website has also improved and is quite user friendly..
