I purchased their membership 3 years ago for a sum of Rs.1, 75, 000/- (Regn. no. CGG 401) in the name of my son. They promised a great club at a site near NIBM road, Pune within 9 months. Later they shifted the site to Undri. The club is still a half-constructed building.
As part of the membership offer they promised to register a plot of 2000 sq ft in their resort at Kolad. After 2 years, they came back asking for Rs.1.8 lakhs to upgrade the plot alltoment at Kolad to 10, 000 sq. ft. which I refused to give.
In Dec 2009, they offered a 3000 sq. ft. N.A. residential plot at an alternative location in Bagad (about 20 km from Kolad). They gave me a written commitment that the plot will be registered in our name within 90 days if we pay Rs.65, 000/- immediately as very few plots are available. After taking this additional payment, they have again gone to sleep. Their officers are never available on phone and they have not even cared to reply my two registered AD letters although 6 months have passed since they took the payment of Rs.65, 000/- from me.
I want to caution people that the marketing executives of this organization have been trained to talk in a very convincing manner and are experts at giving false promises. Once they have received your money,
they simply stop responding to your calls.
