I purchase a membership on 13th july 2025 from suratwala complex, wakad pune, but due to some promises I want to cancel the membership. I have write a mail on 16th july(customercarepune@countryclubmail.com) cancellation but I didnt get any response for next 4 to 5 days. I tried to reach with customer care and payal from customer she told me to speak with Aisha and she directly told me this policy is non refundable. Also I called him multiple time but they not responding. After I call to Ashish jagtap he also told me this is non refundable. After I have requested to those peoples but they are not responding. After few days on 3rd August 2025, Ashish told me to draft a mail to the Central team of country club and I written a mail to Central team(centralcustomercare@countryclubmail.com) on 7th August but still I didnt get any response from them also I have sent a reminder mail. But not received any mail from country club team
