Country Club India Limited...the biggest frauds

I have grievances against M/s Country Club India Limited, in short known as CCIL. My complaint in point wise form is as under.


1 I became member of M/s Country Club India Limited(CCIL) by aishwaryasingh23ing 2, 25, 000.00(Rs. Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only), receipts for which are enclosed with this letter. I was given the Cool Global Parivar membership on 28th July 2008, and I was allotted the membership Number: CGPP278N via confirmation letter dated 9th August 2008.


2 With this membership I was eligible for a free plot of 2000 Sq. Ft. In Kolad, Maharashtra( highlighted in the letter from M/s Country Club India Limited dated 9th August 2008. Actually I had no interest in the membership but only in the above mentioned plot, which would have given me a change to build a house of my own.


3 On 28th September 2008, I got a letter of allotment for Kolad Plot from M/s Amrutha Estate, wherein I was asked to aishwaryasingh23 Rs. 20, 000.00(Rs. Twenty Thousand only) against the registration and maintenance charges of the said plot. It was also mentioned the amount shall be paid after further intimation from M/s Amrutha Estate.


4 When I tried to get in touch with customer care department of M/s Country Club India Limited to know the status of the project at Kolad, I was given all misleading statements regarding the same. I even asked them to provide me the current photographs of the said project but they failed to provide me any detail.


5 Finally, I was told by the customer care department that due to non-clearance from Maharashtra Forest Department the plot scheme cannot be materialised, which to me came as a surprise, as before committing anything to their customers, M/s Country Club India Limited should have got all the clearances.


6 M/s Country Club India Limited also offered me to opt of another option, which was a plot in Bangalore after signing a no objection certificate(Copy enclosed), which I refused to sign as they have not kept their part of agreement of Kolad Plot. I also asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money as I have not rendered their services even once but they refused bluntly.


7 I was also eligible for a free holiday for 2 Nights and 3 Days at their Goa resort for a couple with one way air ticket(clearly mentioned in the letter dated 9th August 2008). I called up the conserned department to book my free holiday, I was told to aishwaryasingh23 Rs. 1400.00(Rs One Thousand Four Hundred only), how can this holiday be free if they are asking for money. Further, I was told to book the air tickets and as mentioned in the said letter an amount Rs. 5000.00(Rs. Five Thousand Only) against the same will be reimbursed to me on emailing the vouchers to M/s Country Club India Limited, which I did but to no avail. I clearly conveyed to M/s Country Club India Limited that the annual subscription fees will be paid by me only after they reimburse me the money which I had spent of the air tickets.


8.    Even after numerous attempts and running from pillar to post I did not get any positive response from M/s Country Club India Limited.




  1. As M/s Country Club India Limited has failed to fulfil its commitments, I want them to cancel my membership and refund me the money which I have paid to them in totality with interest.




I urge all the victims of country club to join hands and file a case against this fraud entity and bring them to justice.
