Since last about one year I have become the memeber of the club but yet I am not convinced with the investment as made by me to be a part of this club.The courtsey as was demonstarated by the sales/marketing team during the membership process and subsequent ignorant behaviour was a shock.With some more unfair attitude and irresponsible behaviour, I was determined to get my mebership cancelled and given all possible notice to the central cutomer care of Country club, Hyderabad in this regard to refund my membership.
However eventually the Head -central customer care, HYDERABAD has made call to me and has taken utmost care intensively to make up the relationship with contineous coordination with me and assured me to extend the highest level of patronage. Also the sentimental address by the head of the central customer care to us, as a family memebr not as a club member is really recommendable and heart touching with emotional values. Now a days I am realising that things are in the verge of improvements . Anticipating our fillings and emotions will be well taken care by country club in future .
As my county club membership is an emotional investment for my family happiness .
