Country Club makes False promises to sell membersh

Sub: False promises Made by Mr. Vishal Bhor (M- 9833127616) & Supported by his Manager Mr. Manoj (M – 98200 987**)


I have taken the Membership of Country Club In the name of my wife


While giving presentation on benefit of Country Club membership I have been promised the following things by Mr. Vishal Bhor and one of his associates a Tall guy with fair complexion which never been fulfilled and on the basis of the same presentation I have made the payment of membership through my credit card and bank account of Rs. 1, 30, 000/-


1.  6 Night 7 days Family Holiday + Bonus 6 Night 7 days Family Holiday but to my Surprise in my Introduction letter only 6 N 7D holiday is mentioned.




  1. It is explained to me that I will not be charged any utility charges for First 6 N and 7 Days but in my offer letter it is nowhere been mentioned that I will not be charged for First 6n and 7Days.




  2. You promised that I will get Four Return Air Tickets All inclusive for Dubai or Bangkok with 7 days free holiday there but in my introduction letter nowhere it is been mentioned and I have been sent only two air tickets one way  and that too with the condition that value of ticket should not exceed Rs. 5000/-




  3. You said that Our membership is Peak Season membership but as per letter its blue membership which is non peak season with no priority membership.




  4. Free RCI membership Card or number not been sent, which was promised by you.




  5. despite giving Birth Certificate of Chavi kanoi twice her membership card not been issued and after 55 days of payment I am asked to submit the same again.






7.  At the time of agreement it is not been mentioned that no Extra Bed will be provided for Children’s but in agreement you ticked the option no extra bed.




  1. In Introduction letter Gym facility is written as valid only up to 02.10.2013 instead of till the validity of membership subject to yearly membership payment.




When I emailed on 05.10.2012 and called regarding the discrepancies to Mr. Vishal Bhor he simply replied back by email on 06.10.2012 as follows :--


“Dear sir I have forwarded your mail to my branch manager , he will revert me back till evening please let me know you till eveneng hours ,

After that I had a talk with his Branch manager Mr. Manoj wadhwa on 08.10.2012 and Mr. Manoj wadhwa told me that he will visit at my place with Vishal at 8.30 P.M. But to my surprise only Mr. Manoj has come and he assured me that no injustice will be done to me and he will make good all the promises made by Mr. Vishal.


I further talked on this matter with Mr. Manoj Many time in between and Mr. Manoj assured on 15.10.2012 that he will close the matter by 20.10.2012 but nothing been done.


After that Mr. Manoj has asked me to meet in his office on 25.10.2012 at 11.00 A.M. and I met him on the scheduled day at the scheduled time in his cabin. Mr. Manoj said that he may not fulfill all the promises made by Mr. Vishal so he will try to get my membership cancelled and arrange to get me the refund of Rs. 1, 30, 000/-. He further said even if he not able to get the membership cancelled    but he will give me 8 Domestics Air Tickets in lieu of 8 international tickets.


On the same day he further done the drama of calling Vishal in his office many times during our meeting but Mr. Vishal has not come. He further asked his staff that make a termination letter and terminate Mr. Vishal from immediate effect.


Today on 15.01.2012 I called in country club Heera Panna Mall office and it come to my notice that his service was not terminated it was just a drama which played by Mr. Manoj to cheat me and to cover false promises made by his marketing executive Mr. Vishal Bhor.


I have called Mr. Manoj many times some time he attends my Phone and falsely assures me that he will do something in  next few days but never done anything.  Nowadays he stopped answering my calls.


I have written around 25 email to Mr. Manoj & Mr. Vishal on there  email   Kumar manojkumar.mum@countryclubmail.com,  vishalbhor.mum@countryclubmail.com but no one bothered to reply.


A month back I called Mr. Vishal on his cell regarding the false promises made by him and he abused me and said that he lost his job because of my complain, while as a matter of fact he never lost his job.


Even today when I called first on Landline number of your  Heera Panna Office with a fake name I was first told by the female operator that he is in a meeting so he will call me back after half an hour, but after sometime I got a call from Heera Panna Office that he is on leave and he will back after 7 days I humbly, sincerely and kindly request you to do the needful at the Earliest and oblige.


I further request you to take sternest action against Mr. Manoj and Mr. Vishal.
