The stupidest financial decision that Ive ever taken in my life is to go for country club membership. They are the true scamsters. Treat you like " we conned u and took your money, let’s see what u can do about it". We get treated extra bad as our marketing person Ratna from Gurgaon is a rge worst. We planned only one trip while using country club card as it is is extremely difficult to find anything or book it.
After crossing the booking hurdle, we somehow reached the station only to find no pickup. On calling the hotel we found that they had cancelled our booking even without informing us as they got a bigger booking from someone else. We started calling country club ppl who initially picked our phone and said that they would get back to us. Half hour and a couple of calls later they stopped picking our calls.
Messaging and calling the scamster who sold us the package has never helped. She doesn’t take nay calls and if by mistake she does she says that she is driving. Unless you want to wait to reach ur destination without any support and making frustrated calls that go unanswered, plz avoid country club. I am usually a very calm person and rarely give negative reviews. But country club is the worst. Obviously I am never ever going to pay for it. Just hope no one else gets conned as we did.
