They are kind of Money hungry privilege club. Only the rich and extreme rich should avail their services. They don’t deliver their promised services to the customer.
Customer service is worst. They don’t care about the customer as the employees themselves don’t stay im their company very long. Then again once they treated me very well that’s why the 3star rating. Once we reached their hotel late so they couldn’t provide us with a room though having booked earlier. So, they set us in a nearby 5star hotel with all the privileges of that hotel too. Thanks for that.
