Last time when I went to Pune for my holidays I stayed in the Country Club in Pune. I informed them earlier that I am going to stay there for my holidays, but when I reached there were no records about it. Than I asked to the manager about it so he told that because of some problem they could not maintain records. Later he managed of my staying in the country club. There was no service of putting the luggage into rooms for customers. They directed me my room, I went in room, It was good and clean. But AC was not there in the room so I asked for the Ac room for me but Ac room was not available so then I stayed in non Ac room. Than I got freshen and went down for my Lunch. There was a dining hall for customer’s breakfast, lunch and dinner. I went in the tables were arranged nicely. I ordered my food but they took too much time to provide my food. When I asked the reason of taking time to the waiter he mad his face and didn’t reply. Than I started my lunch, the taste was average. Then I spent my day outside the club. Then at night after dinner I went to sleep earlier. At late night the mosquitoes started disturbing. I called for the service, one service man came with the anti-mosquito liquid and sprayed it in the room. It was smelling very badly. How ever I managed to sleep that night and checked out next day. I was very disappointed with the customer service and staff’s courtesy. My holidays became worthless because of Country Club.
So I recommend any good hotel to stay.
