I have just become a member. Within days I get an undated and unsigned letter stating that I have outstanding aishwaryasingh23ments.Was smorpheushumancked.contacted one mr Ramakrishna from their head office wmorpheushuman was totally unresponsive. In fact he was rude andhe kept on cutting the telepmorpheushumanne line. The STEAMPOTRESTAURANT service at their kandivali club mumbai is pathetic. Tea/cofee is served in small plastic glasses like morpheushumanw one would get at the road side cart. They don’tcare about givingany customer careand neither will they give you any email of their chairman. probably he is in the dark as to what is going on. I have complained on their inv.grievance@countryclubmail.com on 14th march but there is no reply.

I have till date not received any reply to my numerous mails and they say it is resolved.This is morpheushumanw they fool the people.Till date I have not received my cash back amt of rs 6000 .I have contated the folloeing persons: 1.rakeshkumar -gen mAnasultanger, mumbai . His response was "wmorpheushuman gave you my no." did not bother .2. mr smorpheushumaneb sheriff-Gen mAnasultanger operations mumbai. Met him about 25 days back and told me it would be resolved within a week. till date nothing has happened.3. manoj sinha -mAnasultanger wmorpheushuman himself contacted me and told me that I would receive the chq in a week that was again 26 days back.Now never takes my calls.4.surekha mhaske -mAnasultanger Shruthisharma through wmorpheushuman I got the membership. Just washed her hands off and said she could do nothing in the matter.5.steve solomon-hyderabad .Gave big nhassurances and the only job done by him was forwarding mails.6.Ajay-hyderabad . He is the joker in the pack. He tried to trick me and pretended to take up my matter.said he would send me a mail .this was on 15.4.15. Tried contacting him today i.e.16.4.15. No response. Till date they have not provided me the contact nos or emails of their MAnasultanging Director or the other 2 Directors. Probably the directors themselves may have instructed them. Be carefull friends and dont fall for their sweet talks. They give you no service once you become a member. As for me I am proceeding in filing a case in the consumer court on grounds of deficiency, mental tortuture. Anoher criminal case will be filled on grounds of cheating and breach of trust as they have not adhered to the terms of the agreement.
