CounrtyClub all cheating and bad service

I am a countryclub member from Abu Dhabi. I had made booking for hotel in Delhi but when I reached Delhi in their Hotel SEREIS 18 in Gurgoan, I was informed there is no booking. You can imagine my trip.


When I came back to Abu Dhabi and called up Countryclub.imagine man MR. GOPAL, informed me that I can lodge a case in court rather than cooperating with me. What a rubbish behaviour man.I am stuck up because they will not return a single penny.I was informed by Mr. Gopal of Abu Dhabi.
