I am one of the many who cheated by the Country Clubs & Vacation, despite of many complaints, list of cheated people are increasing day by day. I request people to educate your Friends & Relatives about this FRAUD COMPANY.
My Country Vacation ID: CV8/0541, Country Club ID: KPR-1124M. I took Country Club & Vacation membership in 2008, and was fooled by their offer of 2000 sqft plot which was never provided. After few months of the membership I suspected about the company and searched on the internet, I was shocked to see that the company is listed as big FRAUD company in many consumer website including MouthShut_Official.
My blunder mistake was I never searched and collected the feedback about the company before taking the membership, which I request to everyone not to repeat.
In 2011, I filed the case in consumer forum, case is in deciding phase. I request all the cheated people to spare some time to get refund of your hard earned money by filing the case in consumer forum, it is very easy and simple, all you have to do is to spare some time. Trust me there are plenty of cased filed against Contry Club & Vacation and the consumer forum will be inclined towards the consumer.

1) We are flooded with complaints that this company sends its staff to
consumer’s homes and lure them with various country club membership offers against huge
membership fee. They promise life membership and 1089 sq. feet of land free at
Coconut Grove. They also promise free holidays, etc to lure the Indian citizen who always looks out for FREE things in life.
2) The Coconut grove that they claim is at 50 Kms. distance from Bangalore, is in fact more than 100 Kms away in jungle without any infrastructure.
3) The company swipes the credit cards of the consumers in their homes and later
fills in higher amounts and deducts the money to the maximum credit limits.

6) Please register an FIR against the Managing Director of the company and see
that they do not approach any more consumers.

13) Please circulate this far and wide to make people aware as police and government is silent about this issue as they have taken bribe from this cheater. I have written to the Police Commissioner, Bangalore, and the Chairman of the Times of India about this fraud many times.
This is being issued in the public interest and to protect the consumers from falling prey to the fraudulent activities of the Country Club of India Limited and the Country Vacations.
