The country club is a clubbing & resorting place which is also known for providing vacation holiday packages. once I was visited their to stay for 2 days. I pay the advance and take the keys of the room from receptionist and move ahead. when I enter into room I saw that room is in very bad condition it was so dirty and smells like not cleaned since many times, it was full with cobweb and there was no facility at all. room’s ac was missing there and fan was also not working. dust was on the air, I was suffocating there. then I call their room service member and report him, he said that we haven’t available any other room yet & you have to adjust with it, it was so disgusting & irritating moment. he misbehaves with me, staff courtesy is very poor. all I have to say that be careful choosing right place, their executives misguides about the offers. kindly read all the offer and agreement related documents carefully before signing. if anyone still trapped on contract to this fraudulent company and not satisfied with them then take a step ahead and register a complaint f I r. it will be definitely useful.
