I am a member with country club since few years and infact upgraded my membership last november with great promises of site allotments, free flights and free stay in amritha castle, hyderabad.
The sales team who upgraded my membership have been transferred to chennai and now find nobody to attend my calls. even mr.gajendran who is very senior person to whom I have asked for help is now avoiding my calls and not answering my emails.
Over and above this, I introduced my uncle and my brother and they are yet to receive their site allotment letters which was promised. we have been to few country clubs in bangalore and find the services not upto the mark as promised in their ads or during sales promotions. the swimming pool is as smaller thanour living room.
I am planning to write to mr.varun reddy or mr.siddhartreddy about my problem, let’s see if there will be any reply from them atleast.
