We are member of this fake and fraud hospitality company since 2017. I request you all, never ever take their membership if you want to save your money and want to really enjoy your vacations.
Booking with this company is such a pain that even if you get a booking at the end, your excitement level for holiday has already gone down.
Below explained are the issues we faced with this company in last 4.5 years.
We requested for Goa reservation for October 2023 dates last week. But just like last 4.5 years, this year also we were denied for reservation. We have also requested reservation(past years) at - Mussoorie, Nainital, Agra, Kashmir, Leh, Gurgaon, Goa but every time a big disappointment with vague reasons like:
This is peak time - mid April, mid Jan - Not sure what kind of peak season it is.
Please change the destination, we are sold out at this location(after telling that all flight etc. bookings are done).
We have released tie ups with all properties at this location.
Our booking servers are down and will resume only after 15 days.(We had our anniversary which is not subject to dates flexibility.
Always offering 3-star properties at first(even after promising 4/5-star property).
For current request, we sent a reservation mail in early office hours but after whole long day, we got a denial response towards end of the day - of course to buy time and waste the day in their favor.
Next day, after long discussions with Pooja/Abhishek Anand(at least this is what they told their names are because I don’t trust them now), they agreed to give us bookings in 4/5-star properties only if we pay last 3 years’ AMC which we had not paid because of their bookings denial since mid 2020 with above vague reasons.
Due to which we always ended up booking stays ourselves, in total spending 60-70k on hotel booking additionally in last 4.5 years from our pockets even when we have already paid a hefty amount of 1.3 lakh in advance as part of membership.
After long discussions, they asked us to pay minimum 3 years AMC to continue with any booking.
The AMC amount asked is per the latest revision on1st April 2023.
In 2019-20, AMC was 8000+ GST, in 2020-21:- 8000+ GST, 2021-22: 9000+ GST and on 1st April - 10000+ GST.
But they asked to pay as per 10000+ GST per year from 2019 - 2022.
To which we still agreed even after their denial of bookings in last 4.5 years and asked for sharing property list.
They started conversation on WhatsApp(9899619267) after this and not on email.
Like always, the initial shared list was consisting of an average 3-star properties that too far off from city center with average tariff of 3k INR.
On requesting again for better properties inside city, they offered:
Evoke Lifestyle, candolim
The HQ,
Chances Resort and Casino. Then we checked their official website and saw that they have tie ups with Neelam The Grand(3 star) property but location is prime.
So, we asked for it and Mr. Abhishek straight away agreed on WhatsApp and call but never agreed to put the property name and his commitment on mail.
On requesting for a clear mail multiple times with mention of property name, he said - "Mam, do one thing - book on your own for upcoming 4 years(period remaining with membership) as well just like you did for last 3 yrs. We have no issue with this and we will deactivate your membership. But I won’t commit on mail."
Then Mr. Mukesh Mishra called up from same number and told me that, we offer only below properties to our guests(offered initially) and cannot provide booking in’Neelam The Grand’. He also mentioned that his colleagues commitments are false. If we want, we can take otherwise its fine.

3-star property, tariff less than 3k per night, very far off.
Even this commitment was not given on mail.
Also, Mr. Mukesh tried to fool me out that we promised you 4-star/5-star property which meant 4-5 star user rating.
So, for every 3-star property, he showed me 4 and above user rating and tried convincing me that this only means 4-star property.
