All fake promises from day 1. Only had a chance to get one free night in Hyatt regency until date and since then have been struggling to find even one person who can help me out in getting my booking done which is for a week later. Mr Rafiq and Mr Abdul from the Dwarka branch have been fooling us around since the time we have paid the amount in full. "Mam/sir you will get this, you will get that, we will take care of everything and blah blah blah". Also, we were told that we can ask for refund at any given point of time. These two gentlemen don’t know how to give after sales service, they will become so rude with you that you will feel like banging your head against the wall. Like seriously, how can someone make such fake promises to you before payment and after that they simply say "we have never had a conversation in our office". Yes this is absolutely correct, we were called at their offices twice, thrice and were told about each and everything in detail. But now they are simply denying.
Anyways I’m just going to get my refund now as I can’t continue with this association for even a month more now. It is better to get your money back rather than getting insulted on every booking.
I think this company will close down soon as I’m going to pursue with a legal action against this company if they don’t give my money back as promised.
