Bad Experience with CHT after 1st time they not even provide the availability in hotel they showcased on their home page. Their some of executive like manoj is very good coordinator. giving prompt reply. but he is not looking into booking or reservations. he is looking into AMC. Their coordinator Bhawna and Nisha gave me very pathetic experience of their booking process and redeeming voucher’s. tried to speak to nisha since two days. but not answered single call, she just drop the message on whats app and gone. not listening or replying whats my query. and what to say about bhawana she is not even take effort to look mail carefully whether its new or old request. just write mail very rudely stating that stick to one trail mail. I can attach a screenshot also. and regarding vouchers they are providing for flights while renewing AMC are just useless. guys pls dont fall for the vouchers they offered, because they just reject redemption request mentioning that “ We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience to you, We are unable to proceed with your flights booking as of now and requesting you to please drop us a fresh request after some time for any new booking query.”
