Country Holiday Travels is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Here’s what happened during my experience:
False Commitments by Sales Team: The sales representatives lured me into purchasing a package by making promises that were later denied by their office team. When I raised concerns, they gave repetitive, meaningless responses instead of resolving the issue.
Forgery of Documents: Shockingly, the agreement they sent to justify their cancellation policy had forged signatures. This is a blatant legal offense and should make any customer think twice before trusting them.
Unreasonable Cancellation Policy: Despite the issue being caused by their misrepresentation, they are refusing to process a proper refund. They have proposed a 90-working-day refund timeline and deductions, which are completely unfair.
Lack of Transparency: They avoid addressing concerns directly and keep delaying the resolution. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers once the money is taken.
This company is running a fraudulent operation that preys on unsuspecting customers. Be very careful before doing business with them, and do thorough research. Don’t let them trap you like they did me.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Country Holiday Travels and spread the word to protect others from their unethical behavior.
