FRAUD! No refund even after waiting 6 months

In Jan 2018 I subscribed to a plan in Bangalore and whatever sales person told was a complete lie. We got tricked into a trap, but the moment I came to know regarding this I immediately canceled as I was in my cooling period.

I got a cancellation confirmation and they asked me to wait 120 days, and since then I am just trying to contact them but they never come on the phone and if they do, then a common reply "we have forwarded it to the concerned team"

I still haven’t got my money back, customer care is useless. Tried visiting the Kormangala & Sarjapur office, but they never meet us. Central customer care people will ask you to contact the local branch, and the local branch will never receive your call.
