Me: I am planning familytrip to Mumbai on 30th April’15, how can you help us & what all benefits we will get if I become country club member.
Executive:
We have more than 5 locations in Mumbai where you can stay & many more tie ups hotels which you can select for accommodation.Accommodation is free where you have to pay only 300-400 rupees per night as Tax.( FALSE INFO)
Actual scenario: They don’t have any accommodation facility in Mumbai, have only in Lonavla, around 100 kms from Mumbai tat too associated property for that we have to pay 1200 per night.
Executive:
• You can book flight tickets as soon you become our member.(FALSE INFO)
Actual scenario: We can book tickets only after 15 days of becoming the member.As I have planned trip on 30th and not able to book tickets till 27th April, flight tickets will be booming and it’s a loss for me.
Executive:
• You can sell tickets to travel agents if you didn’t utilize, we( Country Club) will provide you travel agent details.(FALSE INFO)
Actual scenario: We cannot sell tickets, as per your call center executive.
Executive:
• Free pick & drop from airport, at free of cost.
Actual scenario: Charges applicable, as per your call center executive.
Executive:
If we pay 17000 rupees, 3 years(9 nights+ 10 days) holidays you can utilize+ 6 night 7 days stay complimentary from country club( FALSE INFO)
Actual scenario: Nowhere it is documented about complimentary holidays.
Executive:
We don’t have to pay tax with EMI if we purchased through credit card.
Actual scenario: I received sms from bank that there will be no free EMI.
Executive:
• She told me that in studio flat up to 8 members will be allowed.
Actual scenario: Later I came to know that only 3 Adults allowed.
Executive:
• Customer will receive cards only in 3 days.
Actual scenario: It needs more than a week, as per your call center executive.
