#1. The plot provided by Country Club is low standard, hardly come up with Rs30/- per SqFeet. You can get better plot in that locality if you purchase from private party.
#2. The lumsum amout paying for 5 years or 10 years membership is coming almost Rs 10 thousand per year. Plus maintainance coming up Rs6000/- (Rs3000/-+Rs3000/-) per year. So with Rs16000/- (sixteen thousand) if you spend for accomodation in your trip, then imagine how good your trip will be.
#3. You will able to get hotel acomodation in peak season, like can not get hotel in December in Goa. So you have to visit only in dull season. Not in peak season. This is really a horrible thing, not to go for Coutry Vacation.
Imagine Rs16000/- per year just for accomdation in dull season, how nuch worthy.
Beware of Country Vacation. Do not be foolish like I found some people in this group, who never think of how much they are investing and how much they are getting.
Beware of those people, who are shouting Country Club is very good, as they can not afford 5 star hotel, but now they able to afford it by paying Rs16000/- rupees per year to Country Club.
