I’m a member and wants to take my first holiday, I asked them to book resort, they didn’t reply by their own , So I callback them after two weeks they said they sent confirmation by courier which is not yet reached, that is a real pity.
So I again called them and ask them to send through email, they sent it but asking 400 Rs. Per day as a utility charges, which is new to me, and neither mentioned before verbally or nor mentioned in agreement, I used to call them several times but they are not giving proper response.
When I asked them for refund they said you sell it to somebody else, which is not possible for us.Seems CV are cheater, they really cheating members. Kindly think twice thrice before taking membership, otherwise you will be responsible for your bad fortune.Hope you understand the whole point.
