I filled the Lucky draw coupons @ BIG BAZAR Satara Road, Pune. After few days , I got a call from Country Vacation Pune regarding the free gift . So went to their office on 15 OCT 2010 which is located in Connaught Place building at Bund Gardenand ended up in buying the Holiday package (with Free Country Club membership offered for lifetime) of 14 days per year for 1.3L which is to be paid in 60 EMIs. The Sales Executive Mr. Rahul Deshmukh started the so called presentation in which he offered me the same package of 10 years for 1.51 L first. Afterwords, it was reduced to 1.3L rupees. Mr. Rahul Deshmukh also offered me a DELL Studio laptop (4GB RAM+500GB HDD + Inter processor) with this package. After some time another Country Club executive joined the party whose name is Rashid. Rashid workes in their finance dept. and explained me the holidays structure. One can opt 14 days but then he has to pay Rs.6K per year (in every November) for maintenance. But if you give two days to to the company (As per Rashid, you have to submit it in written) then those 6K rupees will be waved off. One can then user these 12 days the ways he wants i’e’ Use/Gift/Sell. If you want to sell your holidays you have to give it in written and you will get a DD for for the rRajeev_Vermactive amount . Rashid said he can buy the holidays from me then sell it to the agents. whatever extra incomes comes that will be his. He also said that the holidays can be sold @ Rs3000 per holiday . In rainy season the amount may dip to Rs2700 per holiday but not less than that.
Regarding the payment They told me that it can be paid from Credit Card or Monthly Cheques. As told by Rahul Deshmukh, Country Club has tied up with ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and few other banks.Rashid said , After the credit card is swiped, It will be automatchandru021y converted to EMIs from Country Vacations side.I agreed to the deal and swiped my credit card for Rs.15000.
Today is 22 OCT 2010 but still the Rs15000 are not coverted to EMIs yet.As Per ICICI bank customtakeouter care, they can’t covert it to EMIs. This may be possible for Country vacations side only.
I have submitted all required documents and photos to Rahul Deshmukh on Wednesday (22-OCT-2010)
The Reviews I saw bout Country vacation for banglore and Hydrabad are worst ....but only thing I can do now is to hope that i’ll not lose my hard earned Rs15000 :)
