I thought of sharing my issue against the Country Vacations. They have cheated us like anything. I received a call from country vacations on 25/04/2013 informing that I got 3 gifts worth of rs. 0000 and asked to be with my husband , at 4.30 sharp to attend a presentation of 1.30 hr and then collect the gift at Amrutha castle, Hyderabad. So, when we went to Amrutha caste, Hyderabad at 5.00pm on 28th April.
But it was a promotions for country vacations and the following services they offered 7 days and 6-night hotel accommodation. ? Lifetime club membership ? Holiday across the globe. ? 4-5 times Function hall booking. ? Rent and Sell out of membership to anyone (to be done by the agent with 10% interest.) ? Tie up with Standard charted Credit card and with 0% interest rate on EMI for 18 or 24 months ?first year no maintenance ? Gold card .Complimentary Dinner at weekend. Complementary one holiday vacation at Medchal For the above-mentioned offer they charged us an amount of Rs 1.20 Lakh. On denying this offer they started negotiating and reduce the amount to Rs 75, 000 and without giving time to think , they forced us to take up the membership i.e. to sign the bond. After signing the bond we could realize that they cheated us. As they mentioned 5 years country vacations instead of life time , maintenance as rs7500 rather than 3000rs. When we questioned the sales manager MR.Afsar he said that is for formalities but when our kit will be sent in 15 days it will be corrected as per his offer.
After this our struggles started. We called up him for complimentary dinner and the Medchal vacation as it is summer vacations for Kids. After following up Mr.Afsar for two weeks he arranged a dinner(Hopelss) at Club and said Medchal is full as some conference is going on. We understood that he has cheated us with all there false pitching for sales and promising. We tried to file a compliant on him in Country vacations Customer care, Himayat Nagar. There was no one who could hear us. Also in front of one Customer care person we could made sales manager Mr Afsar to agree the promises he made to us. When Afsar got to know that we reached customer care he said he is not bothered to take any responsibility on the promises he made to us. One week back we could get the Kit from Country vacations. Which is not reflecting any of the Sales manager’s promises.
Also includes that we need to pay rs. 7500 as maintenance charges per year. I kindly request the authorized person to please help me in getting the complete refund of our hard earned money of rs. 75000.
