We had enrolled for the vacation membership on December 10, 2011, offered by Country Vacations-A division of Country Club.
We have faced many issues with them in relation to the membership offered, right from day one of purchasing the membership. They did not provide the login details, our information was incorrect, no indication of the sterling or Mahindra holidays onto their site though it was mentioned to us while taking the membership.
We have not received the membership card till date.
Their website shows that there is due of Rs. 2, 000/- towards the payment of membership fees, however we have made all the required payments (Rs.38, 000/-) as informed to us while taking the membership. Further the website prompts us to pay the dues of Rs 2000/- as also AMC of Rs 6, 742/- for the facilities which we haven’t been able to use. It is indicated in the Contract that the purchaser price INR 38, 000 while their website quote it as 40, 000.
Ignoring these things when we called them on December 6, 2012 to book our stay in Kolkata, we were told by the executive of opposite parties that they would revert back with the details but sadly no person has reverted with the details till date. Repeated follow ups were made, but no response from them.
It is been 15 months and we are still following up with them. The hard earned money has been wasted. Not even to our foes we will recommend this membership.
