No term in agreement for refunding of money

Hi everyone, ,

Yesterday I went to country vacation office after receiving a call of free gifts. They asked 1.28L and came to 35K to visit only in India for one week a year. At the same time they informed us the money can be refunded providing 90%. When asked for that term in the agreement they refused to show it.

So we did not go for the member ship.

So guys, when u r paying some amount go through terms and conditions.......
